Within the Ministry of Helps, a strong, committed and well-trained support staff of leaders and operational personnel has been put in place to report regularly -- directly to the office of the Pastor. This chain of command and reporting structure assures the maximum effectiveness of each ministry and every service and support being offered to visitors and all calling LWCC their home church.
Like Moses heeded the advice of his Father-in-law, Jethro, in Exodus, chapter 18, Pastor Ray understands the need for strong, committed, capable leaders to likewise help him in the work at Living Word Christian Church:
“ Moses’ father-in law replied, ‘What you are doing is not good. You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone. Listen now to me and I will give you some advice …’ Ex. 18: 17–19 (NIV)
